Quality for value My 100,000 mile service was done. The person checking me in was polite and organized. Oil change>Saturday I received an oil change. I was not able to get my other requests looked at (windows do not work all the time and a noise (muffler) when on the highwa I received an oil change. I work Monday - Friday 8-6pm or later which makes Saturdays the best for me to get my car serviced. Not to happy about that. More

Normal maintenance I was very disappointed in the fact that I was never notified about the dealership purchase and renaming. So I was very surprised to be told that there is no oil change packages available even though I have been going to this dealership since I purchased by KIA back in 2009. I would have expected local customers to be taken care of no matter what the dealership did. Besides by KIA I also bring my second van to this service location for it's general maintenance and tires because of my ongoing experience with the service department. I due consider this a step backwards. No need to go any further for I've already brought this to the attention of the service manager. I did have my car serviced on this day and everything was okay. More
