Everyone was polite and friendly the minute we walked in the door. I was there to meet with Mr. Mike Lyons to look at trucks and possibly purchase one that day and from the moment we met he was on the ball. We went over what I wanted in a truck what I could get for my trade in and any rebates or incentives I could qualify for. Then we went to look at the trucks and went for a test drive. It was awesome would be an understatement!!!!!! Mike was extremely professional but laid back too great personality not pushy in ANY way. Explained everything about the truck he thought I should know about up front. then after I was approved Mike Lyons brought me over to see Mike Maybe who handled going over the contract with us. Mike Maybe was great too funny polite and very patient with my millions of questions because like most people we want to know exactly what we are paying for and getting and Mike was great with explaining our contract one line at a time st least twice and he was so polite and cool about my constant questions. I didn't feel pressured the entire time I was in the dealership. I bought exactly what I wanted and had a blast doing it. I would like to thank the guys in the service dept who got my new baby cleaned up and installed my rails. The truck looked awesome when I got in. Bait and Switch Scammers. My son and I went to purchase a used 2013 ford focus for $9,000.00 with finance at 164.00 per month and 750.00 down from Chris Leith Dodge in Wake For My son and I went to purchase a used 2013 ford focus for $9,000.00 with finance at 164.00 per month and 750.00 down from Chris Leith Dodge in Wake Forest. We were emailing a sales person and did the credit app online and the sales person said all good and told us to come in and try the car out and work out the numbers. So the next day we stop in and instead of the car we came for he gives us keys to a newer 2016 ford focus, so we though ok maybe he did the credit for this model. The car was ok but needed tires as the ones on the focus were really bad so he said he will have them changed out from another focus on the lot. He said for us to come back tomorrow at 10:30am to do the paperwork. So the dext day we go to the Chris Leith Dodge dealer and instead of the 2016 ford focus waiting for us, there was the 2013 focus sitting there and when I asked about the 2016 model he said I thought you wanted to buy the 2013 model...WHAT? And then he said everything is good to go for $3000.00 down and 375.00 per month! I asked him why would I put down 3 grand and pay 375.00 per month for 48 months when that was not the deal. He said if you cannot put down 3,000.00 I can sell you and 2011 Toyota Camry for 1,000.00 down and 375.00 a month for 48 months. I Said Goodbye! So with a bait and switch setup they did on us with the two cars, the finance and the down payment, don't bother dealing with them. They are scammers. More

Fraudulent dealer. Buyer beware! We purchased a brand new dodge charger on January 2 2016. When the wheels started to rattle the dealer refused to fix the problem saying that the wro We purchased a brand new dodge charger on January 2 2016. When the wheels started to rattle the dealer refused to fix the problem saying that the wrong wheels were on the car. .? We were perplexed as we certainly did not change the wheels. After months of hearing they were looking into it, we found out they were not even trying to resolve this have no intention of standing behind the producr they sold us! They all but accused us of photoshopping the picture THEY POSTED to their facebook site of us with the car just five mintes after we purchased it. After a letter to the corporate office we finally get their attention and are told by the dealership service manager that 'Dodge does not care about you' and they offer up some old wheels they found on ebay saying. ' we can get you these if you want...and the tread might even be better.Further investigation on our part reveals the wheels we have came off of a Dodge 1500 Ram truck. This has been going on for over three months and This dealer has made this OUR problem. Very disappointed! More
