Parts where undone and not re-tighten Took my Cadillac in for inspection and oil change, bought 4 synthetic oil changes. After they cMe out said I needed to replace air and cabin filters Took my Cadillac in for inspection and oil change, bought 4 synthetic oil changes. After they cMe out said I needed to replace air and cabin filters, I told them I would do it. Also said I need tires rotation, also I will take care of it. Got home found my air intake hose lose and my air box full of leaves and dirt. They couldn’t even take time to blow out the dirt or retighten the hose.
