I arrived and had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone came to me and asked if I needed help. The waiting room had a few people in it and the TV was blaring. There was one woman who was having a very LOUD conversation on her phone for quite a long time period and I found it quite disconcerting. When my car was ready, they laid a dirty paper floor mat on the floor. My vinyl floor mat was dirty too and they just laid the paper on of of the dirt. Would it have been too much to ask a person to either vacuum the floor or just shake the dirt off the mat? Before I purchased my car from you I had a Lexus. Maybe I was spoiled by their level of service but I was hoping for better from your company. More

After being a loyal customer for almost 9 years, I felt I was being ripped off in several and different ways. Also, there is no flexibility whatsoever despite my valid personal reasons. I waited for 2 hours to have a tire leak checked, confirmed puncture and then repair. I was told repair would be $39. What I wasn’t told was that the patch would be an additional $11 and there woul confirmed puncture and then repair. I was told repair would be $39. What I wasn’t told was that the patch would be an additional $11 and there would be a miscellaneous charge of $10.99 for a total before taxes of $60.98. Final cost =$62.36! Waiting for 2 hours for this type of repair is something I never experienced and hope I never have to again! This was my first experience with Toyota Service and I’m far from impressed. At this point I would never recommend them. More

I can’t rate it right now. I was not happy with the 5 hours I had to wait. No one told me that what was being done to the car would take that long.
