I would have like an explainatiin of what was done before taking my credit card.. I also asked for the dashboard messaging to be updated that didn’t happen .. and all my seat adjustments and steering wheel w taking my credit card.. I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. The communication throughout the delivery process was extremely poor. After being told that the car was going to be ready on 8/01/25 I was informed b The communication throughout the delivery process was extremely poor. After being told that the car was going to be ready on 8/01/25 I was informed by Chris (Sales Person) there were still "final tweaks" needed with the bank - something that should have been clear from the start. Then, the registration process dragged on much longer than expected, and it ended up taking a week to get the vehicle delivered to me. I didn't feel that I was kept properly informed, and the delays made the experience stressful and frustrating. No one ever called me, I was the person constantly reaching to the dealership for an update. Based on this, I don't see myself purchasing from this dealership again or recommending it to others. I am very disappointed with Westboro Toyota, not a refreshingly amazing experience. More
