I love Westbrook Toyota but I didn’t enjoy this experience due to the back up of appointment. Usually when I go for an oil change it’s an 1hr and a half wait but when I went this time it was a 3 hr experience due to the back up of appointment. Usually when I go for an oil change it’s an 1hr and a half wait but when I went this time it was a 3 hr wait and I had to book an appointment for another time. I think they should work on how many cars they’re booking at a time so that people don’t wait 3 hr because not just me but many customers were angry and frustrated. More
