I had to come back 3 times after an oil change and tire rotation. Thr manager made it right for me. I had to buy brakes, routers and tires. Took a while for someone to help me, even though I was on time. When I was finally approached, it was by a very friendly Chris who tried to sell me on trading in my car. My appointment was for 3:15 pm for a oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time to the appointment and I was informed that my time slot was changed by two hours. Finally at 5:30 they took my Tacoma in rotation. I arrived on time to the appointment and I was informed that my time slot was changed by two hours. Finally at 5:30 they took my Tacoma in for service and I was out by 6. Two hours and 45 minutes wait for a oil change and tire rotation that most places can do within a hour. I asked my writer if a discount would be available do to the very long wait time. No discount. If this was you spending your valuable time , what would you think? Kevin More
