I made an appointment and he made the whole process fast and easy. I already had the car picked out. I just needed to give it a test drive. I came in the next day to sign paperwork and was in and out in about 30 minutes and I got top dollar on my trade. Before I traded it, this was the only place my Buick had ever been serviced. I usually deal with Jamie and Amanda in the service department and they are great too! Would recommend West Metro! More
