Bad experience, bad service after the sale, not good at retaining customer, they only care about selling you the car, and thats it. Once the car is off the lot, the service stops there. I just got a let retaining customer, they only care about selling you the car, and thats it. Once the car is off the lot, the service stops there. I just got a letter saying that i still owe $600.00 from a trade-in, that there is a difference between the actual payoff and the estimated amount my contract, why couldn't they call the next day or even within a week, now they are giving me three days to pay them. Totally ruined my experience of driving a car off their lot. Should have gone to another Nissan dealer, maybe they might value their customers. More
