Bad Customer Service/No Accountability Went in for routine maintenance, they told me they needed to keep my car to work on it, fine. They offered to rent me a car but would not offer to pay Went in for routine maintenance, they told me they needed to keep my car to work on it, fine. They offered to rent me a car but would not offer to pay for the insurance for it. I bought a brand new car from them which came up defective, not my fault. Even if it is 20$ a day (for an indefinite period of time), I refuse to pay for the cost of something defective they sold me. Even though I also purchased insurance from their affiliate, they refused to help me. I love my truck and would praise and recommend them if it weren't for their lack of service and accountability. I walked home 5 miles. More
