I had Ryan Cassatt and he is by far the most open honest and direct sales person. I did my homework on a lot of makes and models of different cars and I wasn't to sure about Mazda but after Ryan and I went for a test drive and he shared his knowledge about the Mazda CX-5 I was sold! There was no pressure just such a quick smooth transaction but after talking with Ryan I decided to change my mind and lease and Jay who handled all the paperwork in this process was so efficient I wasn't in his long and I didn't have writers cramps from the paperwork. Everything a Werner Mazda was just so quick and easy and I believe its because of their amazing staff! Ryan actually went out of his way to turn those heated seats on that I loved so much. He also remembered my favorite radio station and had that all set up ready for me. I felt like a queen and can't thank everyone enough for going above and beyond. So I first decide what car I want to buy, with the options by researching online. Then off to the closest dealer for a test drive. Then home to make a decision about the car and a reasonable price to pay for it. Werner was different... I immediately felt at ease with my salesman Cam. He was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle and all the technology behind it. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I got a tour of the facility, and even though it's not state of the art, I was impressed by the efforts made to make buying/servicing your vehicle as easy and comfortable as possible. That's what really important (and I don't like to think I am paying for those fancy showrooms!). Overall A+ experience from testdrive to delivery! More
