Before I came to Werner Mazda I stopped at Autofair Ford to ask a couple ques I RARELY share my feedback. However, I thought this was an exception. Before I came to Werner Mazda I stopped at Autofair Ford to ask a couple questions. The agent was unpleasant and unhelpful. It felt as if he was trying to rid of me as I started asking questions about some information he claimed their commercial included. Given the above experience and overall perception of car dealerships in general, I honestly was a little nervous approaching another dealership since I know how pushy they normally are. Cameron Landry and the Mazda team, however, have changed that perception and restored my faith in great customer service when it comes to buying a new car. Cameron was friendly and super helpful. He was patient with my questions and ensured to answer all of my questions before I drove off the car. I never felt he was forcing me to make a rush decision. He even gave me his cell phone number so I can reach out to set up an appointment to install a remote started on my car. Jay was also very pleasant and made the paperwork process smooth. He made sure that i got the best thing out there for my budget, he had everything all ready for when we came in to get the car. he was very knowledgeable about what the cars had and what they didn’t. he also made sure everything was in perfect condition. If i could afford every car out there, i would buy them all from him! highly recommend! More

Another great service experience at Werner! Brought in my Mazda 6 for oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and a fix for my Android Auto. Turned out an update was needed to the software, whic Brought in my Mazda 6 for oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and a fix for my Android Auto. Turned out an update was needed to the software, which they performed for me. Service was completed quickly while I worked in comfort in the waiting area. This is my second Mazda, and second car from Werner, and I have no reason to go anywhere else. Thanks again!! More

I was Amazed! I dropped my car off for service. My appointment was at 9:30. By 9:45 I had a video text from the service department showing me what they recommended I dropped my car off for service. I requested a price via text and received a prompt reply. They sent a text when it was complete. And when I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed. WOW! I was amazed. I recently brought my son car to a different dealership and they took my car in 3 hours after my appointment time and I had to call them 4 times. They fixed the one thing I bought the car in for and didn’t check to see if anything related needed repair (it did). When I picked up the car they couldn’t find my car keys. I’ll never go there again. Warner Mazda Service Department was awesome! I was truly impressed. More

New brakes, great experience I went up to Werner Mazda strongly suspecting I needed new brakes. Such was the case but the service department was very efficient as they gave my car I went up to Werner Mazda strongly suspecting I needed new brakes. Such was the case but the service department was very efficient as they gave my car an overall check as well as changed the oil. The guys in the sales department were nice enough to loan me a snazzy 2016 Mazda CV-5 to take over to the mall to kill time while waiting. Despite living about 40 minutes from the dealership it's always worth the trip as the staff at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. More
