I took my car in late tuesday afternoon, after calling to see if it was okay to get the battery looked at. The guy who answered the phone said yeah thats fine. By the time I got there they said most of the t see if it was okay to get the battery looked at. The guy who answered the phone said yeah thats fine. By the time I got there they said most of the techs went home at 4 so i had to leave it overnight which i wasnt expecting. I asked if there were any loaners available & the service advisor almost laughed, but other than that everything was okay. I had hoped to get it looked at that day as mentioned over the phone but Thankfully it was done by 9:20 the next morning. It is what it is. More
