Great dealer for service, not so much for sales. All of their greeters, advisers, mechanics (who have called me to discuss repair details) and payment personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. Beware of fees I went in, test drove a car listed at $23,500 certified. Went in for negotiations, they wanted $28,000 out the door. They tried charging $800 to etch I went in, test drove a car listed at $23,500 certified. Went in for negotiations, they wanted $28,000 out the door. They tried charging $800 to etch the vin (this can be done for $50) without disclosing. Then they went to charge $1k to certify the car and then had the gaul to tack tax onto their onerous fees. Be honest and upright with your fees, I don’t do fuzzy math. More
