When i went back the next week, I knew what I wanted, I knew they had the model and color (2016 Tucson eco/black). This is where I was anticipating the stereotypical car-salesman/dealership BS to kick in. Thankfully things went smoother and more transparently than I had expected. Alex in the finance office was EXTREMELY cool to talk to and very patient explaining all the financing/contract points and overall he has somewhat altered my perception of what a car dealership can be like, for the better. Nice to drive away without the feeling you've been screwed over. More

Very good, The dealer ship was very good after the purchase, I had the registration done out of state and the registration was too slow by the state, and the tem The dealer ship was very good after the purchase, I had the registration done out of state and the registration was too slow by the state, and the temp reg. was expiring. The dealership sent a person to deliver the plates to my house 45 minutes away so I wouldn't have to drive to pick them up. Fellow installed the plates and completed the business of the transfer with no problems. Overall the only complaint I had was the way the price was third party negotiated AKA Truecar as indicated before. More

A day or so later when I was closer to making a decision on the Genesis I called to speak to Rick to setup a test drive. It was his day off, and Darlene was kind enough to let me stop on my lunch hour and take one out. Although it did not take long it was nice to see the support between the sales people. Also in the survey I checked yes related to forcing an option, this is related to dealerships default policy of applying and charging for glass etching on all vehicles. I did not like the fact that this was a non-negotiable item. More

I used True Car to get a price for the vehicle and was very happy/ surprised they honored the price. The financing, which is always a hassle, was straightforward and easy. Bottom line, I got the price I wanted, no hassle and a finance rate that was acceptable. Do your homework, but in the end, these guys were upfront, honest and made car buying a good experience. More

The best dealership experience I have ever encountered This was my third visit to a dealership in the past week and it is safe to say: the best was saved for last. When I walked in I was greeted by the won This was my third visit to a dealership in the past week and it is safe to say: the best was saved for last. When I walked in I was greeted by the wonderful receptionist (Nicole) who directed me in the right direction to avoid a long wait and get me sales assistance immediately. My salesperson Angel Figueroa was eager to help me with my purchase and was very knowledgeable. He gave maximum effort in his goal to get me the best price on leasing a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. We closed the deal within a half-hour and he got me the best possible deal that I could get with my credit situation. Once the deal was agreed upon, I went to the finance office to meet with Alex. He was extremely helpful and organized while I filled out my paperwork. For all the papers we had to sign (because the banks/lenders have to make the lease paperwork fool-proof to avoid any loopholes) Alex made the process streamlined and simple and I did not feel overwhelmed. The great service was not done after I left the building. When I got home, I had an issue with my key, so I called up Angel. Without hesitation, he came to my house and resolved my issue. I do not know a lot of salesman who would do that. It was refreshing to see and absolutely fantastic to experience that kind of care and service for a customer. Overall my experience was very satisfying at Wayne Hyundai and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase or lease a car, go to this dealership. It is worth your time! More
