The first time I went for a service I needed a alignment for my E3 50. They said they couldn’t do it because I needed an entire tire rod assembly. They told me the parts were about $740 and with the labor i for my E3 50. They said they couldn’t do it because I needed an entire tire rod assembly. They told me the parts were about $740 and with the labor it would be about $2600. I got it fixed for less than what the parts were. So I went back a second time to do my alignment and they said they can’t do it again and they didn’t give me a reason. More

Avoid Wayne Akers at all costs. Absolute con artists. I ordered a 2021 Ford Explorer ST to be picked up at Wayne Akers... after a $1000 deposit & 3 months of waiting, my Explorer arrived at Wayne Akers. No ordered a 2021 Ford Explorer ST to be picked up at Wayne Akers... after a $1000 deposit & 3 months of waiting, my Explorer arrived at Wayne Akers. No less than 12 hours after my vehicle arrived, another salesperson sold MY vehicle to someone else for cash. Be warned, this dealership will do this to anyone if it means they make a quick buck. Wayne Akers is as unprofessional & shady as it gets. More
