Poor MOPAR Parts and Service Had many bad experiences with them. I had a brake issue two years ago; and needed to take it back to them 4 times before finally getting it right. Gave me all new MOPAR brake pads and rotors for 550. Two years later, having the same issue. They want to give me all new brake pads and rotors again! And they stated they would accept a warranty applied before and give me free brake pads. Now they are quoting me 756. Makes absolutely no sense. Will never take my business here again or recommend them. More

2012 Jeep Patriot-Was in an accident recently where a individual pulled out in front of me that caused the Jeep to be totaled. Called the dealer with understanding that it's not the dealers vault but the GM-Owner had a non-caring attitude.Didn't seem to be listening, so I ask if he was awake? Told me that he wouldn't be personally attack and HUNG UP! Asking someone if they are listening and awake is a personal attack? Really? Do you have something to hide? My wife and sons where in a crash at roughly 50 mph and the AIR BAGS DIDN'T deploy! My immediate family has bought a total of 5 vehicles from this dealer in the last 7 years? Never again and the matter has been turned over to Chrysler and personal counsel. I've never written a review on a web site before but it was that BAD! Wouldn't recommend this dealer to University Of Pittsburgh FAN. SAD! More
