Me and my family (wife, toddler and an infant) went inside the showroom on a Sunday afternoon with a lot of skepticism. But, we were welcomed by Carol Barnao with open arms. She sat us down, played with my kids, entertained them, such unexpected family friendly atmosphere. Carol sat down with us, worked with us and got us what we needed/desired. The manager was very friendly and helpful as well. Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 is so perfect for my family and so far, no complaints. Thank you so much for being awesome. We will recommend this dealership, staff and Outlander to anyone looking for a SUV. More

They fixed my sunroof even though they didn't have to I inquired about a used Lexus RX from Wantagh Mitsubishi and happily secured financing with them (through Chase) that same day. They gave me more tha I inquired about a used Lexus RX from Wantagh Mitsubishi and happily secured financing with them (through Chase) that same day. They gave me more than expected for my trade-in, which was a pleasant surprise. The car was in amazing condition, but after about two weeks the sunroof wouldn't close. I contacted several repair shops in my area but very few places will deal with that issue, and the Lexus dealership said it would cost approximately $2,000. As a last resort I contacted Marty Nix and explained the problem. He was so professional - simply told me to bring the car in and they would have a look. They provided me with a loaner, and had my vehicle ready to go, with the sunroof good as new, within a few days. This kind of service and dedication is rare and refreshing. They have certainly earned my respect, and my wholehearted recommendation for anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
