My husband and I showed up on a Friday afternoon and were having trouble deciding between two models. I wanted the CX-5 and my husband wanted the Mazda3. Phil T was completely professional and easy going. He set up test drives with both cars and off we went. There was no pressure to pick one car over the other nor did he try to interject. Instead, he answered all of our questions honestly and listened to any concerns we might have. When we left the dealership, we were still working it out - and had an appointment for the next day. Our trade in transaction was done easily and without incident - Phil Puleo took care of that. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently - zero problems. We ultimately chose the Mazda3 and couldn't be happier. :) More
