He was upfront about everything from pricing to helping us pick the best car for our needs. Phil T. was never pushy and never made us feel uncomfortable. Phil T. explained there were no stupid questions and we had plenty to ask him. Phil who handles the financing end of the transaction was also very upfront and helpful and there were no surprises when we went to close the deal. When we went to pick up our car Phil T. escorted us to our new car and showed us everything on the car and answered all of our questions. You could not ask for more professionalism from both of the Phils. We will be bringing our new Mazda back for all scheduled maintenance and will definately be returning to Wantagh Mazda when we are in the market for a new car. Victor dont retire This is the second mazda I leased from this dealer. I used victor the first time and he was by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. None of that occurred with victor the first time so I was happy to see he was still working there and of course used him again and he was just as fabulous the second time. if you are looking for a mazda no need to go anywhere else, this dealership will satisfy you without a doubt. 4th New Mazda I just picked up my 4th new Mazda from the gang over at Wantagh Mazda. Disappointed Leased a CX9 there in 2011 and went back to lease a CX5. Showroom is small and verging on rundown, but that's okay. Everyone is very friendly. What was disappointing was that the "Tier 1" leasing quote that gave me as a returning customer was significantly higher than the "Tier 1" quote I received from another dealer. Expected better as a returning customer. That being said, I would not tell people to avoid this dealer. More
