They stand behind their product and customer service 💯percent, I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. 💯percent, I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. Diagnostics showed a faulty transmission speed sensor. Walter recommended a transmission replacement. When I asked about the sensor, they held firm that the whole transmission needed to be replaced. Went Walter recommended a transmission replacement. When I asked about the sensor, they held firm that the whole transmission needed to be replaced. Went somewhere else and they replaced the sensor for $400 in 20 minutes. Been running great ever since. What bothered me is that when I pressed them on the sensor, they never considered it and pushed me to a 20x more expensive service. They lost a loyal customer that day. More

This recent maintenance and warrant work was my second visit. My first visit, which was supposed to take 2 hours, instead took 2 days. Despite a repeat request before each of the visits to be sure they visit. My first visit, which was supposed to take 2 hours, instead took 2 days. Despite a repeat request before each of the visits to be sure they had the parts needed, and had coordinated between people and departments, there was not only failure each time, but then active blaming of others instead of a focus on improvement. Ironically, while waiting for the completion of my second visit, I received a call from the maintenance scheduling team asking me if they could schedule the same maintenance that was being worked on at the time. (The phone agent then stated someone in service must not have communicated with them. I added that I had scheduled through his department.) To mention more representative issues, as I picked up the car 45 minutes after the committed time, a key request was not addressed, and I only found out because I asked. I had shared that several times the unit which controls the sunroof and more has just dropped out of the ceiling while driving, and that there appeared to be one or more broken/missing clips. Only after asking the agent then stated he needed my permission and a $100 payment for an assessment, which hopefully would then show it would be covered by warranty, but that was not even asked up front. A further delay occurred because one of my lug nuts and/or bolts was cross-threaded and needed to be retapped/replaced, which was not covered by warranty. After stating that the wheels had only been worked on by them and stating that it was their responsibility, the agent talked to the manager and said there would be no charge. More
