Our salesman was great but the "Pulse" brake light system added to every vehicle on the lot for $399 was frustrating. They tried to slip it though the paperwork casually. If we would have known that before f added to every vehicle on the lot for $399 was frustrating. They tried to slip it though the paperwork casually. By the time it was shown we were ready to get on the road and head home so we just sucked it up and had them leave it. Definitely a sales gimmick we weren't thrilled with and will take note of next time. More

Everything was great with the sales person and with the way they went about ordering my car and fulfilling my needs. What’s not been good is the back office work has been awful. I’ve called numerous times trying to get them to send the information to the treasurers office in the county I live in in South Dakota and it’s been seven weeks since I bought the car the Dealer plates are expired and the Lawrence County South Dakota treasurers office has no documentation from Wasler toyota so I’m frustrated.
