My car got serviced. Nothing jumped out at me as special. Prices are high, like most dealers. My 2024 Grand Highlander was in for rear camera recall satisfaction. Neither rear or front camera ever gave me a problem. Went in today for my first maintenance 5k miles on the truck now. I'm planning to do an oil change. Guess what? News shocks. You do not get a free oil change it's 118$ total. This not about money but honestly. I don't like when we are being misinformed please just be honest and upfront with people. Lesson learn in life for me next time. The service people are great on the maintenance care side but please sale team and management please work together and let's informed customer. I WISH YOU ALL TOLD THE 2 YEARS 5 SERVICE COMES WITH A PRICE AND IT DOESN'T INCLUDE 5 OIL CHANGE BUT ONLY 2. Just work on this. Have a little note for sale team to informed customer of this and give us paperwork that explains the service like the service/maintenance team was able to do. To the manager yall gotta get your team to have a task list so every sale follows a standard. Just get your team and sale rep on the same page about things honesty and giving customer the correct information. Please. That's all im asking for. My fault for not knowing.
