I even stopped in to try to discuss in person but after being passed around for 30-45 minutes I left a handwritten note ( which went unanswered) and left. I was very unhappy with the service I received at the service department for a new tire install. First, I was told I needed a diagnostic test that would cost $100. When I mentioned it should be covered service department for a new tire install. First, I was told I needed a diagnostic test that would cost $100. When I mentioned it should be covered by any warranty I purchased I suddenly didn't need it. I felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. After I left the appointment a co-worker pointed out that I was missing the valve stem cover. I called to request one be mailed to me and was basically given the run around by Brandon - with no apology that it was missing. I realize the part is less than $1.00 but the car had all the valve covers when it came in. Good customer service would have looked like an apology and a valve cover dropped into the mail. More

It took so long before an agent approached me when I arrived, the oil change took longer than usual, after a while got a text to go pay and the agent was helping another costumer I waited patiently for arrived, the oil change took longer than usual, after a while got a text to go pay and the agent was helping another costumer I waited patiently for 10 minutes the agent didn’t acknowledge me then went to find someone else to help me pay and leave.
