It would be a good idea if Walser tells customers before they come about the construction and what roads are closed, it would save a lot of time and frustration. Not a big deal but since you ask for authorization and I gave it, it would be helpful if it worked. I did not like getting a message about selling my car when it was in for service. More

This was my second time at this location. From arrival, there was a 5-7 min wait time just to get checked in. First time was ok, but this second time i only got 1 single phone called which From arrival, there was a 5-7 min wait time just to get checked in. First time was ok, but this second time i only got 1 single phone called which i unfortunately missed, busy weekend, notification got lost with the others. No voicemail, no second phone call to let me know my car was ready. I thought it was strange it was taking more than 2 hrs but it was the weekend so kept waiting. 4 came around and no other attempt was made to reach me. Got to the service center after 4, Closed. Had to wait around 15 mins for a manager to help me pay and get my car. More
