The internet was down so had to write my credit card down on sticky note. Did not receive a print out for the service. Charged $130 dollars for oil change and tire rotation. I was not informed of the cost involved with the recommended repairs. Tire pressure sensors are outrageously expensive for something that is not essential. I never would have purchased those if I recommended repairs. Tire pressure sensors are outrageously expensive for something that is not essential. I never would have purchased those if I knew how much they cost. When picking up the car it took over 30 minutes. First after paying they forgot about us and then said they couldn’t find the keys. Overall it was a bad experience. More
