Too expensive. I only really needed oil change. Automated system at entry said my tires were not wearing evenly. The writer convinced me I should get a wheel assig I only really needed oil change. Automated system at entry said my tires were not wearing evenly. The writer convinced me I should get a wheel assign. Manual measure by the Tech with a caliper showed tire wear was ok. My oil change and alaigent cost me $260. That is 3x what I wanted to pay. More

I did not feel listened to about the problem with the van and the service rep seemed to not believe the description of the problem, even when I said the van had had a similar problem a few years ago.. Later in the day when he called me to advise me of the problem he seemed surprised tat there was a Toyota diagnosis for te problem I described.
