I had my rear shocks replaced and it was not communicated to me when I made the appointment that it would take 4 hours to do the work!!! I had an appointment at 4:20. I arrived at 4. It was kindly explained that my vehicle most likely would not be serviced before my appointment time. I understood, and was told my v I arrived at 4. Although the new show room is beautiful I did not that my vehicle was not ready until 6:10. I was not approached with an update until 5:45. This was the worst service I have had in the many years I have been bringing in my vehicles to Walser. More
