I was first frustrated but when I went to do the test drive the truck had zero fuel in it. This was also after being pushed off to 3 sales people when i asked about the truck. Follow-up by messaging som drive the truck had zero fuel in it. This was also after being pushed off to 3 sales people when i asked about the truck. Follow-up by messaging someone over the weekend that I would take the truck but needed to have the deal done by Tuesday at noon. There we zero sense of urgency on Monday morning. End up coming into dealership that afternoon and it still took 5 hours to get paper work done. When sales person is sitting with me her manager is just chit chatting with his buddies and she would have to consistently go up to him to push the process along. He would then refocus and start working again. 5 hours to make a purchase after having all morning knowing the deal was done is ridiculous in my mind. I LOVE Walser and this is my 3rd purchase from them in 5 years but will never be going back to the Toyota dealership again. I will have a different Walser to request the Vehicle to work with them. To top off this purchase when I got in to pull out the truck was only 50% full. I pay 65K for a truck and you get fill the DEF and fuel???? More
We are treated with respect and professionalism. They respect our time and we have been very happy with the service. When our headlights come in to the shop on auto, please put them back on auto when completed. No reason our lights need to be returned off when we are trained that they are on auto. put them back on auto when completed. I bought a used Subaru at Walser Toyota in Bloomington. Mike Wiggins was very easy to work with. I can with a list of cars I wanted to see and test drive. He led me straight to the cars I wanted to look Mike Wiggins was very easy to work with. I can with a list of cars I wanted to see and test drive. He led me straight to the cars I wanted to look. There was no attempt to push a sale. No attempt to up sell into a more expensive vehicle. Other than they were have computer and network issues throughout their whole company. They buying process was simple and fast. All fees/cost were list with no questionable items that you sometime hear about at other dealerships. While we waited for the paperwork to process Mike or his manager sat with us the whole time making sure we had all the information we needed and answered all question with prompt answers. I have never had an easier car buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mike Wiggins as a sales rep. Nice job guy, look forward to doing business with you again. Michael L. I drive a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid that has 52K miles on it- I don’t drive that much anymore because I work remotely- so I am not hitting 5K miles in 6 months. I also have had all the required service appointment don’t drive that much anymore because I work remotely- so I am not hitting 5K miles in 6 months. I also have had all the required service appointments through this dealer location (I take car of my car). Immediately upon entering for service Walser is texting me about buying my vehicle. The next thing the guy asks me if I got in an accident (no) because my alignment was off. So fine, I will do the oil change, tire rotation and of course fix the alignment (guessing this was caused by hitting a pothole?). Next the guy comes back with a $5K cost (1/4 the value of the car) because of an oil gasket leak- There has been no oil visible or pooling. I have been a loyal Walser Toyota customer for my last 3 cars. This was a horrible experience with very little confidence in the staff. Saying they want to buy my car and then saying I need this very expensive repair. I will not be making this repair with them and probably not at all after reading and talking to some other mechanics that you can continue to drive with this issue as long as you watch your oil levels. Plus they would have to remove the entire engine and rebuild which I don’t trust that this wouldn’t cause more issues. I understand that things can go run with cars but so disappointing at just 52K miles this happened and there is nothing they will do but charge $5K for a huge amount of work or low ball the trade in value. It has been a horrible customer experience and I will not being buying another Toyota or going back to this location for service. More
