Thomas was great. I couldn't have asked for better service. It's been a couple of weeks since I was in and all seems good. The service tech was newer but still not a good reason. He said that they had just brought it in. When told him I need to get to work and could come back. He said that I could rent a car. Complete xx. I had to complain before the manager agreed to give me a loaner. This was my first time using Walser with my new 70k truck. I would expect much better customer service. My last four trucks have been fords and the service at that dealership was impeccable. More
Both of our cars Toyota Avalon and Toyota Yaris had their 6 month check-ups done. The employees did an excellent job. However, the next day my husband and I were crossing on a green light and suddenly a l 6 month check-ups done. The employees did an excellent job. However, the next day my husband and I were crossing on a green light and suddenly a larger car sped through a red light crashing into our car and spinning it. That person immediately took off....."HIT AN RUN". There were people nearby who saw what happened. The police were notified and were able to catch the person who sped off. The car was badly damaged and towed away. The police advised us to go to Urgicare. Thankfully, neither of us were seriously hurt. However, the Toyota was totaled. More
Car appears to be working perfectly (after 1 day of driving After initial contact I did not hear from service department. My car was there 5 weeks (needed new transmission) and I guess parts needed driving After initial contact I did not hear from service department. My car was there 5 weeks (needed new transmission) and I guess parts needed to be ordered. I was surprised walser didn’t notify me of the delay and reason for it. I was pleased I could use a rental free of charge After 3 weeks I called and was told it would most likely be done next week. I wish walser would have notified me the parts had arrived so I would know about when it would be ready for pickup. Instead i had 24 hours to return my rental. Luckily I wasn’t out of town so could do that. When I did interact with staff, very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive More
