While replacing the wiper blades may have addressed part of the concern, leaving with streaking on the driver side is not acceptable and suggests the repair should have been more thoroughly tested before returning the vehicle to you. We understand why this would be disappointing, particularly when you were expecting a more complete and lasting solution under warranty.
