Did not get sufficient details when making appt so wasted my time. Turns out that had to order a new fob which they should have determined when I made appt. Took my Land Cruiser in for warranty work. One of the parts they replaced had damage. Headliner rattle wasn’t fixed. Dash rattle has returned. Had new mirror ordered. Made appt. Explained to service advisors exactly what happened and the whole mirror needed to be replaced again. Also have supplied multiple videos and pictures of the issues. Headliner still needed to be fixed. When I went to appt, they didn’t replace the mirror at all. I physically pointed exactly where the headliner rattled. Headliner rattle was made worse. Made another appt to fix them. Turns out the mirror ordered didn’t have the cap which was the damaged part so they couldn’t replace it again. Mirror still shakes. Told me they would order another. Still have not heard that the part is in. Called parts and it is there, so again I wasn’t notified. After 3 visits, appx 10h of driving back and forth, paying for rental gas and my own, and I’m left with a cruiser worse off than when I brought it in the first time over a month ago. Each time they claim they verify the part is in but I’m left going back and forth, wasting days off. I have been very clear explaining the situation, but it seems no one is paying attention when I’m checking in and documenting my concerns correctly. Not to mention my wife’s service issue with her van where the tech tried to dispose of her 1 year old set of summer tires when we tried to get new snow tires swapped over. Had to make another 2h round trip to pick them up after the were found in the dispose of section. I came here based on a colleague recommendation. In turn I have saved other colleagues the headache of going here. More
It was recommended that I make a follow-up appointment for further diagnostic investigation. After and hour and a half of waiting following check-in, I was told that the team would not have time to look a for further diagnostic investigation. It was a great waste of my day and time, I wish I would’ve been told this message earlier, because then I would’ve gladly been able to adjust plans and rescheduled. Unfortunately instead I had done all that waiting for no changed outcome or answers. More
Poor communication and coordination of the service team. Service team never proactively contacted me throughout the entire day. When i called at the end of the day, I was told it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick it up, was told I would need to bring it back as mechanic diagnosed the problem but did not have enough time to fix it and was not apologetic. More

Feel like it was a bait and switch situation. Deeply disappointed.
