I’ve been very happy with the service I receive from Polar. The service people are friendly and helpful. They explain what they’re going to do and why. I never feel like they’re trying to pull one over Polar. The service people are friendly and helpful. They explain what they’re going to do and why. I never feel like they’re trying to pull one over on me which has happened at other service shops. I’ve only had one problem in all the years I’ve gone there and that was many years ago.
