The only Mazda dealership I will go to. I first came to this dealership in 2019 for my first CX5 lease - process was pain free, enjoyable, and everyone who works here is friendly and pleasant. I ended up r this dealership in 2019 for my first CX5 lease - process was pain free, enjoyable, and everyone who works here is friendly and pleasant. I ended up returning earlier than expected after I was carjacked in February 2021. Had no idea what to expect regarding paying off my lease, how much more a new lease payment may be, when I could get a new car, etc. Gave Jim a call after all this happened and he went above and beyond. He was able to talk me through how insurance worked, reassured me on the gap insurance on my old lease, got me the same lease payments and got everything lined up so I could come in to sign and drive away. He literally gave me a better idea of how this would all play out better than my own insurance company. Bill worked with me to finish the paper work and was extremely personable, laid back and made the process quick! Overall cannot recommend this place enough after walking away the 2nd time around feeling like family. More
