My only complaint is the time it took to drive our new used vehicle home. I think we spent at least four hours waiting for financing and having to listen to a sales manager talk about all the extra protections we could purchase for the vehicle. We were really only interested in rust proofing and made that clear. The rust protection was done by another shop but they came right to our home to pick up the vehicle. Very handy for us. All and all we like our vehicle and are happy with it so far. We have purchased from this dealer before. They do seem to have a nice inventory compared to others. Good experience except the longer wait time. More
I bought a Cadillac cts that has oil leaks I was told it went through the shop before being put up for sale I doubt it did. It had an aftermarket oil filter and the oil was very dirty I changed the oil and went through the shop before being put up for sale I doubt it did. When you advertise the fact you go through the vehicle before selling maybe do that. It had one key fob the salesman said the other was in service but I have heard nothing about mailing it to me or if it was ever found. More
They were very helpful and courteous. The sales person AND the Sales Manager, were unaware that the car had security luggage nuts installed on the car from your recon department. They then took me to the service desk and had to schedule an appointment to have them replaced. Meaning some mechanic was going to Have to cut them off. I’m like WT Fruit Cake!!! I said that someone at the recon department HAD TO HAVE A SOCKET. They installed new tires there! The service department tried to contact them, But did not get a response!! How Fn ridiculous! I brought my car in on Wednesday evening to drop it off for the next day. Adam ? Greenspan asked what my issue with the car was, I explained the situation and he said, that the Technicians have a Master set of Sockets!!! 15 minutes later my car was done. It is So INCREDULOUS!!!! That the service representative AND THE MANAGER had NO KNOWLEDGE!!! Of this. It’s Really WTFRUITCAKE!! Very disappointing! More
