Brought my 2500hd in for a leak inside by the back window stopped in when it was raining an actively leaking and was told they didn't want to look at it and just make an appointment so I did. I made an appoi stopped in when it was raining an actively leaking and was told they didn't want to look at it and just make an appointment so I did. I made an appointment for 9:30a couple days later. I show up for the appointment and was asked if I was waiting or not and was told the deisel mechanic was really busy and might not get to it today. First why have me make an apointment for the time and Second why does a deisel mechanic have to look for a water leak?so 236 dollars later nothing was done and was told they couldn't find anything, even though the headliner is stained..I've been waiting for rain and we got a little today and sure as xxxx it's leaking. (Truck is under warranty and I am still paying)I took pictures last time and today but am concerned that if I bring it in again that the same thing will happen. My back seats have been soaked and the seat mounting brackets are starting to rust Don't know what else to say except I'm very disappointed with the way I was treated like I had the slider open while it was raining. The water today I can see is leaking water from above the window in the headliner (and yes all windows are closed) I don't like giving bad reviews but this one was earned. More
I was disappointed in working with the dealership compared to the dealership that I worked with just nine months ago. VW of Inver Grove Heights was excellent to deal with. Some simple things like doi compared to the dealership that I worked with just nine months ago. VW of Inver Grove Heights was excellent to deal with. Some simple things like doing touchup paint and some minor spots was left for us to purchase and do ourselves by Walser. The car came with only one key fob, and we were told we could get one done by someone other than a Ford dealership, but unfortunately, Ford has not authorize the software for others to use. So if we want one, we have to pay close to $600 for an extra key fob. Unfortunately, Walter didn’t even bother to fill the gas tank, this would’ve only cost them less than $17 and made a better impression. They started with a really low offer for our trade-in vehicle, which was in better shape than the vehicle we traded in last year at Volkswagen of Inver Grove. At VW of IGH they started out with a reasonable trade-in value of $500, at Walser we had to keep asking them up there trade-in value For a drivable vehicle in good shape to get it up to $500. Walls are also installed an extra module to make the brake light flash, and then said it would take 30 minutes to take it out if we didn’t wanna pay for it. I thought it was a little dishonest the way they install it and don’t include it in the sale price as it is billed as an extra option. More
