Horrible! From the very first day we had nothing but problems...! The person to look at the initial application apparantly left early which meant we had to wait From the very first day we had nothing but problems...! The person to look at the initial application apparantly left early which meant we had to wait until Monday (this was on a Saturday). The sales person couldn’t answer many of the questions we had. We had to jump through a million hoops with GM Financial...we were told we were approved, given the new vehicle, they took ours as a trade-in and they kept asking for more info stating that things could not be submitted to get the new plates. That wasn’t everything, but I think you get the idea! No apologies or anything to help make up for the MANY inconveniences! More
