I received the report and worked w/ them to get some other things repaired (for an additional charge). They completed the work, accidentally broke something, took a few extra days but didn't charge me anything for it. They finished the final repair and I've had an overall good experience with this team. More
I originally left a review, but it appears to have been removed, so I wanted to provide an update after owning the vehicle for one year. This has been, without question, the worst vehicle purchase I’ve removed, so I wanted to provide an update after owning the vehicle for one year. This has been, without question, the worst vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Most recently, my brake lines failed while I was driving—a serious safety issue. A vehicle should not require major brake system repairs after only one year of ownership, especially if it was properly inspected before being sold. Looking back, it seems the dealership took this vehicle in on trade and put it directly on the lot with little to no reconditioning. The undercarriage appeared to have been freshly coated, which I now believe was done to conceal extensive rust rather than address it. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve also dealt with a radio that doesn’t work, an unreliable remote start system, and a tire pressure warning light that came on within 30 miles of leaving the dealership and has never been properly resolved. I expected a dealership to stand behind the quality and safety of the vehicles they sell. Instead, this purchase has cost me repeated repairs, frustration, and concerns about my family’s safety. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before making a purchase More
I suppose all dealerships are the same but when asked if they could do a few minor things before purchasing the car they flat out said no to everything....it is a reminder when things are good for the deale they could do a few minor things before purchasing the car they flat out said no to everything....it is a reminder when things are good for the dealership you win, but when things are not good for dealerships, the line outside may be quite short. Absolutely no help after the sale. Got what they wanted out of us and then we could sit and spin. No call back, no check up, just unbelievable. Our salesman, Anthony, was really nice and just a decent person to talk to. The sales pitch worked. We ended up purchasing two additional warranties that may or may not come in handy. The 4 versus 5 star re person to talk to. The sales pitch worked. We ended up purchasing two additional warranties that may or may not come in handy. The 4 versus 5 star review happens here. When we were there to purchase the vehicle, we asked about the second key. We were told that there wasn't one. This is how we got sold on the Tire and Wheel warranty where you can get one free key replacement per year. About a month later when we wanted to make use of the plan, MAGICALLY, our second key was found in a random desk drawer. So, did we have to come out of pocket to another company for a replacement key? No. Did we have to use the tire and wheel warranty to get the second key? Also, no. Am I still paying for a warranty that may or may not come in handy someday? Yes. It's a bit deceitful, but that's part of the used car game. However, we disliked it so much that we've decided that the next vehicle purchase we make will be for a brand new car and not through any Walser dealer. More
Great communication on available inventory. Found the used car I was looking for at a great price. The sales staff was very transparent about the vehicle, warranty, and financing.
