Overall a decent experience. I was not a fan of having the Walser Care+ pushed at me after we discussed a monthly payment. The car was also not cleaned well before purchase. Once the out of state tax stuff got sorted out (was visiting family and the car was right), the rest of the purchase process went well. There was a good amount of confusion about the out of state sales tax, but I place that blame more on the state I live in (South Carolina). More

When I first got there, the source advisor asked me what I was there for. I told him I had an appointment at 11:30. So he directed me to his desk and got some information off my car. He didn’t know how to find the mileage on the odometer, should’ve worried me then. When you got to the desk, he asked me again what time my service appointment was and what I was having done so I told him and then he told me it would be about an hour and a half for a simple oil change . Now I understand if you were shorthanded or running a little behind, but that was not told to me. So at about quarter to one he came out and told me that my tires were bad and that the wire was showing. I had not gotten the video from the service tech yet , so he quoted me $600 plus change and I called my husband and we went ahead and did it then he came out with another service advisor telling me that the price they gave me was wrong. So I was hoping to pay 600+ but ended up paying over $1000 for tires. Then he told me it would be another couple hours. So my oil change that should’ve taken less than an hour, took four hours. I Needed to be someplace at 3 o’clock. He offered me a ride and then told me that I could pick my car up before six or tomorrow those were not something I was able to do. So needless to say it wasn’t very happy with my service. I understand he possibly was new, but going from a $600 charge to $1100 charge was a bit overwhelming at the time. More
