Walser has disappointment me for the last time. I have purchased several vehicles from them over the years and used to think there was no other place in town to shop, only to have their service department purchased several vehicles from them over the years and used to think there was no other place in town to shop, only to have their service department and sales staffs become an embarrassment and a joke. The service department can’t fix anything on the first try (and in most cases – subsequent tries) and unless they are selling you a car, most salespeople won’t even look at you. Today was the final straw. I went to Walser GMC Buick in Bloomington. The first thing notice is what a cluster their parking is – that dealership is a mess. While trying to work on getting through the narrow driveway between the building and their used cars, a salesman almost hit me trying to race through with a Buick Encore – didn’t even look at me as he came 5 inches past my window, then he did again 3 minutes later!! Then there is the rest of the wonderful sales and reception staff; I was there to look at a new Acadia, I walked in and there was a salesperson (I assume) standing at reception talking to the receptionist, he turned around and almost looked like he was going to ask me if he could help me, but decided to walk away instead. I told the receptionist that I wanted to see if one of the Acadia’s from their website was still there. She looked around and said “I’m sorry; I don’t think I can find anyone.” She then asked me if I had a stock number and I said I would have to look it up on their website and pulled out my phone. I stood there for a couple of seconds until I realized that she was actually waiting for me to look it up rather than offering to do it for me. I said to her “so you don’t have a salesman that can help me?” to which she replied “no, sorry.” I said I would come back when there was someone available; all she said was “okay.” I of course am NEVER going back to Walser again. What car dealership in their right mind lets a customer walk out the door without letting anyone talk to them, especially someone that wanted to buy a car!?!?!?!?! I would recommend you avoid them like they were selling toxic waste. More
We have purchased Buicks from Walser for, approximately, the last 40 + years. As a result, we have had repairs of all kinds done. Never have we had a bad experience! Much to my surprise the battle never occurred, we struck a chord first time around just like the sales man said he would (best price right up front). Every question answered in great detail, never felt pushed or hurried we were there to taken care of from the first person who greeted us at the door to the follow-up call from the salesman after the weekend. I received a fair price for my two older trade ins. but I still needed to satisfy myself that this was indeed the right deal. I went to another GMC dealer in the twin cities area, did my due diligence. I went through the entire process again with two vehicles to trade on a new Acadia, again the sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, actually did a little better on the trades, but couldn't come close when it came to the warranties that Walser offered. The 100%" drive train" and the life of the vehicle "bumper to bumper" extended warranty was a major concern especially with the amount of electronics in these vehicles today.( it was now my turn to take care of the car). This car buying experience was truly fun, I actually looked forward to it after the first discussion at Walser, an opportunity to make new friends, a chance to talk to different people at the dealership a time to peek into the service area, customer waiting area etc. clean & neat just like I expected it to be. Right in my neighborhood ! I would recommend Walser Buick G.M.C, and Matthew Cardenas to anyone seriously considering a new Buick or G.M.C product, Happy Camper, LMS More

We are so happy we chose to go to Walser for our recent vehicle purchase. Our salesman, Torey Flategraff was absolutely amazing to work with. We purchased a GMC Acadia Denali. What a great group of guys to deal with! When I was undecided as to which vehicle trim type I wanted, Tim told me I should get what I wanted to and he would help me find it. I had originally spoke with Rob last fall (my husband had purchased a car from him a year prior to that) and he teamed up with Tim to make sure the transaction went smoothly and to my satisfaction. He also walked me thru the final process of paperwork, keeping my time spent waiting to a minimum (another big plus!!). I was walked thru the different nuances of my Terrain and left with a fantastic new car. Tom made the trade in process easy and I was pleasantly surprised at the value he gave me for my car. A GREAT experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and asking for Tim and Rob! More
My wife and I have purchased three used vehicles from this dealership over the past several years. A Trailblazer, Mercury Marque and a Grand Caravan. It started with the Trailblazer which we had a 4 year 50,000 mile warranty we added to it at the time of purchase. Well worth it, not because the vehicle was bad but because over time (had some miles on it to begin with) expensive things can happen. But because of the stellar service experiences we have had we actually purchased an additional 4 year extended warranty when that warranty ran out. If you want to be treated Fairly, with Respect and pay a reasonable price you can't go wrong with this organization. We even have the Mercury Marque serviced there despite the fact they are a GM dealer. I can't say enough about their work and customer service. Once you have found a great doctor you keep them for life. Try this GM Dealership once and you'll never go anywhere else again. More
