It has been awhile since I have been in for a service (just didn't need it), but was met with new staff. They seemed nice enough. Got my car in on time (appointment). Waiting area is new. Miss the comfor (just didn't need it), but was met with new staff. They seemed nice enough. Got my car in on time (appointment). Waiting area is new. Miss the comfort of the couches, especially as this service took over two hours. Chairs were slightly cushioned. I would add a few side tables to allow for placing cups/drinks. Loved the availability of coffee, ice water with larger cups (thank you!). I would also ask that the technicians make sure they wipe off their grease marks from hands. I had just washed, wiped down the car and noted grease smudges on the door trims. As long as they don't get in my car (they have in the past, on cloth at that), that I can handle. Otherwise, great team, got the job done. More

While the service was excellent, I had a heck of a time just trying to schedule my car in for service. I do not appreciate being handed off to a call center who asks 10 million questions and then one is s just trying to schedule my car in for service. That is for the birds when while waiting for my car to be serviced, there were employees leisurely walking around, Pick up the phone!!!! More
