Went in to get an oil change done and it took a little over 3hrs for it to get done. About 1.5hrs of waiting past my scheduled appointment time, my car finally got pulled into the bay and the tech put it over 3hrs for it to get done. About 1.5hrs of waiting past my scheduled appointment time, my car finally got pulled into the bay and the tech put it on the lift and raised it. Then, out of nowhere the general manager comes yelling at everyone to stop their work and to follow him to the back part of the lot. So everyone, sales reps, techs and other employees were with the general manager in the back. Then after about 25mins you start seeing the employees moving cars around fro from the back lot including the tech that was working on my vehicle. That took like 45mins and finally the master tech was told to work on my car to finish it. Definitely frustrating that they'd pull the techs from working on vehicles when the clients are waiting. There is no reason why an oil change should take 3hrs to complete. Once they finally completed the oil change they plugged the code reader to get codes that had popped up. That took like 10mins and that's fine, but 3hrs for an oil change is ridiculous and unacceptable. More

Asked them to call me when car was done. They called me at 18:15. They close at 18:00. Also my oil change was not free because of Round Rock Killeen and Greg May not communicating on my mileage.
