Sir, we are sorry you car was here as long as it was. Unfortunately, there are supply chain issues which have added time to the parts distribution from the suppliers. Our goal is to fix every car and return it to it's home as fast as we can. Regarding the phone calls, every call inbound and outbound is tracked in most dealerships. In your case I see where the phone number you provided was called 23 times and we spoke to you twice. I am sorry you did not return our call or check you messages.

17 of those calls were me calling and begging for an update and paying my bill. Both Dylan and Tom both never returned my calls. I can’t even tell you how many times they said they would call me back within “10-15 minutes” and nothing! Tom the service write called me once, Saturday, Sept. 18th, after diagnosing the transmission problem. He left me a voicemail on this day after diagnosing the transmission problem. I called him back and agreed to apply for Hyundai assistance. The only other two calls from the service department were from Bill on Sat. Oct. 23rd and Sunday Oct. 24th to see if I wanted to pay the $6K to replace the transmission. 3 total calls came from Steven in the sales department while assisting the poor communication from your service department and seeing if he could get me into a new car. You guys are unbelievable. I have documented every call, conversation, and 3 voicemails that you left, which I returned all calls during the regular business week. P.S. Your transmission pricing is WAY OFF compared to 3 other Hyundai dealerships throughout Austin, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. Almost $2,000 higher than any other Hyundai dealership that I checked with. Unbelievable . From day one, anyone I spoke with in your service department all complained about their job and apologizing for never getting back with me. I have so many other written complaints, with dates and times recorded. You have just given the weakest apology after the worst costumer service. I feel bad for anyone else that ever has to deal with you or your dealership. Sad
