We certainly regret this incident. Your actions and the review you left here leave a lot of information out or are completely false. Truth be told, you bought a used vehicle that was out of warranty at Greg May Hyundai earlier this year. There was a issue that came up several months after you purchased your USED OUT OF WARRANTY vehicle. That part of the story is true. Greg May Hyundai was repairing the problem free of charge to you, even though they were working when you bought the vehicle AS IS NO WARRANTY vehicle. The rest of the story you failed to leave in your review is what led to you meeting the General Manager, Mr. Murrey. On Monday, 11/15/2021 you came into the dealership to check on the status of your vehicle which was not completed. When you were told the final parts would be delivered overnight from the manufacturer and your vehicle would be ready on 11/16 ( the next day ) you completely lost your temper. At the time you lost your temper the dealership was full of customers including 3 children under age 10 and several other elders. You were standing in the middle of the showroom talking very loud using the "F word" every other sentence. Loud enough for everyone in the dealership to stop and look what was going on. The parent of the small child actually, took them outside to get away from your obscene and offensive language. At the same time, two of the store's managers were trying to calm you down and help you, which did not change your demeanor. The General Manager saw/heard the interaction and went to investigate the problem. When he asked what was going on you proceeded to use the same language with him. He asked you to stop and speak in a lower tone of voice with suitable language and you did not. At that point he asked you to leave the premises until you could calm down and act appropriate. You continued to curse him and the other managers in front of the other customers which led him telling the managers to give you the keys to the vehicle back and let you take it somewhere else. Additionally, one of the other customers who was present at the time ( not a Greg May Hyundai employee ) even told you we were trying to help you. You cursed at him as well and said you were not leaving until your car was fixed. Finally when we told you we were about to contact the Waco Police Department to remove you from the premises, you left. What you did not see after you finally did leave was the customers thanking our management team for removing you from the premises when we apologised on your behalf to them. Greg May Auto Group has served Central Texas for 25+ years honorably. Our dealerships will always maintain a family friendly atmosphere where customers and their families can comfortably purchase and repair their vehicles. We regret this incident and are very sorry for your problems.
