MATT MURREY the general manager is so rude. Is rude to his employees and was rude to me as well. I recently got a car from there with no horn working nor both headlights working! :( As a female when you p his employees and was rude to me as well. When I went up there to go talk to them I expressed my self to them and explained what was going on and Matt the general manager did not like it and kicked me out and told his employees NOT TO HELP ME OUT! If you get a vehicle make sure you check headlights and horn! More
Brought my 1-y/o Sonata in for its first oil change and tire rotation with a coupon I received in the mail. Car was done in about 2 hours, shuttle service was great and best of all, no charge! Every time I go there, nobody greets me or even acknowledges when I need help. At least let me know you will get to me when you get a chance instead of having me stand there while people just walki acknowledges when I need help.
