Beware of this dealership’s used car department! I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership to be extremely cautious. They sold me a vehicle that was repres I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership to be extremely cautious. They sold me a vehicle that was represented as having a clean history, but I later discovered that it had frame damage. Despite this serious issue, they refused to take the vehicle back. To make matters worse, I recently returned to the dealership to purchase an extended warranty for another vehicle I own. Shockingly, I was told that I was no longer welcome at the dealership unless I removed my negative review. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, they are trying to pressure me into removing an honest review about my experience. I will not remove my review until they do the right thing and take back the vehicle they sold me with undisclosed frame damage. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and fair treatment, especially when making such significant purchases. I strongly recommend having any used vehicle from this dealership independently inspected before buying. More
