Sad day that should, could of been otherwise. After all was said n done I discovered that some one pilfered the First Aid kit n the trailer ball/hitch. This was after I was told the car came After all was said n done I discovered that some one pilfered the First Aid kit n the trailer ball/hitch. This was after I was told the car came with only one key fob. My ML that I traded in was complete with both of these items plus 3 key fobs. How very disappointing n what does this really say about the dealership? Lastly Iwas told that all certified vehicles came with a better than new car warranty, which is 5 years unlimited milage howeverwhen doing the final paperwork Iwas told that was not true, even though this certified warranty was prominently displayed all over the showroom. Sad and extremely disappointing experience at W.I. SIMONSON. More

Farshad & his assistant were amazing, knowledgable, efficient and to the point which made the decision making process that much more easier and the whole process shorter. They were patiently answering efficient and to the point which made the decision making process that much more easier and the whole process shorter. They were patiently answering our questions and addressing our concerns and we were able to gather all the information we needed in order to choose a car. The deal was great too. We tried finding it cheaper elsewhere but no-one could match the offer Farshad made to us. We happily leased the car and currently enjoying it. Two other friends were referred for the exact same experience, car and price the next day. More
