They not only leased us a 2015 XC60 at a great price but they also service our 2013 S60 which was purchased at another dealer out of state. The Valet Pickup and Loaner is incredible. We went in to look at a possible trade in for a used car from Allen. We recently had purchased a used Toyota for our granddaughter, and was well pleased with how Allen served our needs. A warranty was going to be an important factor with a new purchase. So Allen took us to look at a 2013 S60 new. If we purchased a new car, it was going to be the 7th Volvo we had purchased plus the Toyota, since 1997. Obviously we have been well pleased with the service we have received from Volvo of the Triad in the years past. With Allen's great help on the trade in, a 2005 XC90, we were able to make the deal. Now we have a 2013 S60. Allen Porter gave us great help. After the deal was made, he was so helpful in transferring everything from one car to the other. Allen kept looking for ways to be sure that we was pleased. And we are well pleased. More
