Mrs. Montero, I am most disappointed that you did not enjoy the experience purchasing here. We aim to always provide a premium buying experience and although mistakes do happen, we always rectify ours as best as possible. We should not have posted the pictures with the rear seat entertainment at all, but of course when there was an issue we replaced it in your car for free with a superior system. The second time we picked up your vehicle we could not identify the window issue after countless attempts but I want to make sure it is noted we did try. At the end of the day we did everything we possibly could to satisfy you as our customer and keep you in the Volvo of the Triad family. I am truly sorry you believe us to be substandard even after everything we did to correct your concerns.
