Great Experience overall I initially felt like I was getting the runaround at my local Volvo dealership. I spoke with Salem Kirby and the initial numbers she gave me were better than the numbers I received from my local dealership (and I never mentioned those numbers to her). We negotiated completely over the phone and agreed on numbers very quickly and without pressure. It was not just the numbers that put me at ease, but the fact that she made the process feel very transparent. There were no games, which is what I was trying to avoid. Once I arrived (I live about 1.5 hours away), I did not have a bad interaction with anyone. William Robertson took me for a test drive and taught me everything I could ever want to know about the vehicle. It was obvious he knew the product extremely well. My experience with James in finance was great. It was very straight forward, no pressure. The electronic system to sign the paperwork was a nice touch as well. Overall, a great experience with a great dealership. I will certainly be going back for my next vehicle. More

I drove there from Maryland after I found the car of my dreams on their website and would do it again to work with Ben Humphrey, Salem Kirby and the rest of the Triad Team! The car was exactly as they portrayed it, the photos online were representative of the car and there was nothing hidden or exaggerated to enhance the sale. The price was very reasonable and we were able to arrive at a deal over the phone with Salem's help. I met one of the managers, Les Young, and Ameer Watkins, who helped me with all the paperwork. Again, they could not have been any nicer and were happy to offer their time to help me. Even the service department made time to check my son's Volvo after we discovered an unusual noise on the drive down. They were able to repair the car and even washed it before we left! I was so impressed with how much time Ben spent with me to insure I was comfortable with all the features of my new S80, and there were a lot! He was knowledgable, patient, kind and fun to work with.
