Lana, the product specialist, helped get us setup quickly and went over the car in detail to help get us up to speed with ease. Shavaune, the finance manager, was such a pleasure to work with to get the lease and details completed quickly and smoothly - and answering all our questions along the way. Monica helped coordinate and get us setup with Steve and also was great to communicate with. We've never dealt with a dealership and team as courteous as Volvo White Plains. 10/10!!! More

I just leased a Volvo, I think it was at least my 4th from this dealer. Steve Zinaman has been so helpful, going above and beyond. One of the things he did that impressed me was asking if I was a Costco from this dealer. Steve Zinaman has been so helpful, going above and beyond. When I found out that upgrading to Executive membership would save me more, he called them to get a new code to save me even more money. After I got my car and he was done with his work, he continued to be available, helping me with coordinating my garage opener remote control with the remote on the car. The other person who was extremely helpful was his tech assistant, Melvin, who was very patient with me, teaching me some of the features and helping with the tech support, connecting my phone to the car audio, also being available afterwards to help with more things that confuse me.
