I scheduled last week for a regualr service as the car (XC90 T8) is not even 2 years old and less than 20K miles. When I reached today 5 min. before my appointment, I was told that I signed up for drop of (XC90 T8) is not even 2 years old and less than 20K miles. When I reached today 5 min. before my appointment, I was told that I signed up for drop off so it will take longer. No idea who put that in system as during apointment nobody mentioned about it though it was booked as in-person. I was hoping for a quick service as the appointment was taken but I was told that it might take 2 hours. They simple kept me hostage by opening hood of my car and keep working on other cars. I never spet 3.5 hours on any of my cars just for oil change. I realized that the service (aka oil change) was complimentary from Volvo so I have to have such humuliation. I chose this dealership over Open Road even though their lease was $50 less than this guys but just because they offered me first I chose them. Now again I'm looking for 3rd car but will not step into this dealership. Because of poor service, let dealership lose my business. Finally, I was told for $250 complimentary detailing but the experience I got for the free service like this, I would not accept any freeby from this dealership. More

Awesome dealership. I was there for less than 5 mins for drop off and dropped home in 10 minutes. Usullay, I wait for service and end up spending at least 2 hours at Edi I was there for less than 5 mins for drop off and dropped home in 10 minutes. Usullay, I wait for service and end up spending at least 2 hours at Edison dealership vs 10 mins near a dealership near my house. They are small and that was my bias for not going before. Now I know after I tried Volvo of Princeton. Amazing service More

This is only my third vehicle purchase in my lifetime, and I can say with absolute certainty that I’ve found my car dealership for life! I scheduled a test drive through the website and received a persona and I can say with absolute certainty that I’ve found my car dealership for life! I scheduled a test drive through the website and received a personal call the very next day to confirm. When we arrived, we were greeted by a super pleasant person at the front desk, and then introduced to Michael — who was absolutely phenomenal. Michael was patient, kind, respectful, and just overall wonderful. The test drive went great, and when it came time to review the numbers, I braced myself for the typical experience I’ve had in the past. Instead, I was thrilled to find it was the complete opposite.
