Service is slow I regret leaving Toyota for Volkswagen. First service appointment doesn’t include a tire rotation not to mention takes 3 hours for an appointment to have just an oil change. Flew in from Seattle to purchase a certified Volvo. Vicki and Kandarius and Chase were so great to deal with. I am very particular about my cars. They happened to have one of only a few in the country, which is why I flew all the way there to purchase the car. Of course, I wanted to make sure that the car was as advertised. Vicki and Chase were kind enough to send me detailed photos beyond the ones in the listing. We even did a video call so that I could talk to them and look at particular aspects of the car. Once I was satisfied, I booked my flight and made it to Mobile. Chase picked me up from the airport seamlessly. All three of them provided me with wonderful Southern hospitality. I couldn't recommend them more. If you are local, you should check them out. If you are coming from a ways away, out of state, etc., do not hesitate to buy from them. They were wonderful to deal with, very communicative. The purchase was very easy to do. The car was exactly as I expected. I even had questions a few weeks after the purchase, and Vicki was there to help me. I am so satisfied with them and would not hesitate to purchase from them again and would definitely do it again. And, they have a process to ship cars out of state. By the way, I have purchased 3 other cars out of state, and my experience with Volvo Cars of Mobile was the best. The car I purchased from Volvo Cars of Mobile was exactly as advertised and discussed with them. No surprises. More
