I recently bought a car from this dealer and really just went in to test drive as I have never owned a Volvo. Firas was incredibly helpful and not at all pressuring. I HATE shopping and buying cars. The dealership was so calm and it really was a seamless and good experience. I felt listened to and very respected and I did 3/4 of the process by myself. I usually feel manipulated and taken advantage of and I did not here. The finance person, Howar, was incredible too. So friendly and personable. Again, no pressure and very informative of the process and quick. He and my husband hit it off great! Thank you Volvo of Lisle! You made this process pleasant for me and that is not easy to do. More

The problem came when I had to communicate with the dealership about a missing key. The staff that I spoke with were either rude or not helpful at all. I left a message for the manager and never received a call back. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business and service to another Volvo dealership. The one thing Lisle has been consistent with for me is horrible service. Mind you...this is my second Volvo. If it wasn't for the amazing quality of the vehicle...I would go elsewhere altogether.
